LIMITED WARRANTY

This page defines the exclusive terms of your Limited Warranty:

The quality built into all of our mattress products allow us to offer the purchaser of these products a limited warranty against any defect in craftsmanship or materials. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser. You must provide proof of purchase (purchase receipt with stated warranty) to validate this warranty.

In the event that service resulting from such defect is required during the 90 day period after the original purchase, your mattress and/or mattress set will be repaired or replaced without charge.

In the event that service resulting from such a defect is required after the 90 day period, and before the five year or ten year limited warranty as indicated on purchase receipt, the mattress or mattress set will be repaired or replaced with a charge to the consumer for materials only. WARRANTY ONLY APPLIES WHEN/AS STATED ON PURCHASE RECEIPT.  

Repair or replacement do not extend the duration of this limited warranty or begin a new limited warranty period.

ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES ON THIS PRODUCT, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL NOT EXCEED IN DURATION THE TERM OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. 

THE TERMS STATED IN THIS WARRANTY SHALL BE THE CONSUMER’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IN THE EVENT OF ANY DEFECT DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD. 

MAPLEWOOD CUSTOM BEDDING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT, OR INABILITY TO USE THIS PRODUCT, OR FOR THE BREACH OF THIS OR ANY OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY.

MAPLEWOOD CUSTOM BEDDING OFFERS NO OTHER WARRANTY OR REMEDY WHICH EXTENDS BEYOND THOSE EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AS INDICATED ON PURCHASE RECEIPT. 

Additional Information Pertaining to this Warranty Policy: If identical materials are not available at the time of product service, Maplewood Custom Bedding reserve the right to substitute materials of equal or higher quality.

Maplewood Custom Bedding reserves the right to refuse service when the product is found on inspection to be in an unsanitary condition, or when product failure is due to causes other than defective workmanship or material.

IMPORTANT NOTES: This mattress is designed for full performance when used with a matching foundation or boxspring as a total sleep system. If used on a faulty foundation or boxspring, resulting mattress damage will void your warranty.

To avoid structural damage and voiding of your warranty, adequate center supports must be used in your bed frame or with bed rails with queen and king size mattress sets.

In the normal course of sleeping on your mattress, minor body impressions my appear. This is not a structural defect covered by this warranty.  It is simply an indication that the upholstery layers are settling and compacting as you use your new mattress.  Periodically rotating and flipping your mattress can minimize the amount of impressions that you see.
